Shop Policies
Long Creek Mercantile, LLC shop policies are as follows. If you have other questions, please send a message on the Contact page.
CUSTOM TAPE
Custom tape is made to order just for you, and is non-refundable. If you are ordering something unusual and need to see a sample first, please message me with that request prior to ordering. If you have a specific request that is not listed as an option in the shop, please send me a message!
SHIPPING
Stock items are sent out within 1-3 business days. Items that are made to order will be shipped out in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted in product listing.
All items are sent by USPS First Class mail and include tracking information. If you have a different shipping request, please let me know and I will accommodate you if possible.
Please contact me for shipping requests outside of the United States.
CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS
Items may be cancelled before they are shipped, with the exception of custom tape orders, which are non refundable. If there is a problem with your order, you may return it within 30 days as long as the item/s are in new condition and not damaged. A return shipping label will be issued for you and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
