This hand embroidered, wool pin ball is stuffed with wool fibers and trimmed with one yard of handwoven linen tape.  
 
This pin ball is read to hang from your apron, in honor of the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence, signed in Charlotte, NC on May 20, 1775.  This declaration of freedom from the British Crown came from the heart of the Hornet's Nest as Cornwallis would later experience first hand!
